Our Story

Sean O’Neill is an award winning mixologist who has been in the nightlife industry for over 20 years. He started bartending in and around Atlantic City where he developed his flair for mixology. When he and his wife, Katie, moved to Austin in 2016, Sean began working at Banger’s Sausage House and Beer Garden where he expanded his knowledge in the world of craft beer, though his passion has always remained in craft cocktails.

In early 2020, Sean and Katie set out to find a location to open Crafter’s, their own bar that would provide an outlet for Sean’s creativity and the ability to collaborate with local distilleries, breweries, wineries and farms to celebrate the freshest ingredients central Texas has to offer.

Unfortunately, the coronavirus pandemic threw a wrench in their plans. With bars and restaurants closed and social distancing measures in place, opening a new bar was simply not an option.

Luckily for the rest of us, the couple has come up with a way to share Sean’s gift during these unusual times! He is now creating cocktail mixers that you can easily combine with your favorite spirits to make amazing cocktails at home or to serve at your next event.

Sean makes everything in small batches from his home base in Austin, and Sean personally mixes his drinks at your event or delivers your order right to your doorstep. Each concoction is made with only fresh ingredients and includes suggested alcohol pairings.

They hope to open their bar in the future, but for now they are enjoying creating craft cocktails and sharing the ensuing deliciousness with the Austin community!
